Terms and Conditions for the "Refer a Friend" Competition

1. Competition Overview 

• The "Refer a Friend" competition is organised by Complete Social Solutions ("Organiser"). By participating in this competition, participants agree to the following terms and conditions. 

2. Eligibility 

• The competition is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and are residents of the United Kingdom. 
• Existing customers cannot be referred, including customers who have already enquired direct within the last 12 months. 
• You cannot refer yourself, and entries made by the same individual will be ineligible. You will however still be contacted as this will be treated as a standard enquiry.  
• The competition is void where prohibited by law. 

3. How to Enter 

• To enter the competition, participants must refer a friend to Complete Social Solutions using the referral form provided by the Organiser. 
• The referred individual must sign up as a client and comply with at least one of the eligible purchases (outlined in section 4), for the referral to be considered valid. 
• There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make. 

4. Eligible purchases: 

• Social media management package, minimum duration must be 2 months. 
• Content creation day, minimum duration must be 4 hours. 
• Digital content creation, minimum spend must be £100. 
• News/blog article creation, minimum spend must be £100. 
• Social media ecommerce management, including the creation of the ecommerce account. Both must be a minimum spend of £100, unless a management package is taken out, in which the minimum duration must be 2 months. 
• Social media profile creation, minimum spend £100. 
• Social media marketing is not eligible. 

5. Competition Period 

• The competition starts on 15/07/2024 and will end at the organisers discretion ("Competition Period").  
• All referrals must be completed within the Competition Period to be eligible. 

6. Prizes 

• A £25 amazon voucher will be given to all eligible individuals who meet the above criteria. 
• The prize will only be given once the referred individual pays the full balance required to meet the eligible purchase criteria outlined in section 4. 
• The prize will be sent via email within 14 days once all criteria have been met. 
• The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. 

7. General Conditions 

• The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or who engages in fraudulent activity. 
• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. 

8. Data Protection 

• By participating in the competition, participants and the referred individual agree to the Organiser’s collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the competition and awarding prizes. 
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy policy, which can be viewed at www.completesocialsolutions.com/privacy-policy
• Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data and to restrict or object to its processing by contacting jake@completesocialsolutions.com

9. Limitation of Liability 

• The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other issues that may result in a participant’s inability to participate in the competition. 
• To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the competition. 

10. Governing Law 

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
