We will create you content for your chosen social media pages & accounts, which will be tailored to fit your brand, and captivate your target audience. We utilise research and statistics when creating and posting our content, so that your posts are efficient at attempting to reach new customers and followers through organic growth. Included in your package will be a monthly review, where we will discuss all the content we are planning to put out for the following month, and what content we would like you to provide (photo/video's of your product/service). Engaging with followers is very important to running a healthy social media, and not replying to a message or comment for days on end is not a good look for your business! Part of our package is engagement management, where we will regularly check in on your account, to reply to any comments or messages. If a message or comment is received for an enquiry for your product or service, we will send a holder on your behalf and contact you either by telephone or email, depending on your preference. 

If you are new to social media and don't have any existing company profiles, we can help set these up for you. We will get it set up on your behalf, and then carry out all the necessary design work. This can involve designing your background image and adding your profile photo, adding and linking all contact details and information, and then creating an informative bio or 'about us' section.

If you want to speed up the growth of your page, or have a product or service you wish to promote, we can assist with tailored and effective advertising campaigns on Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn. We can design the advertisement post for you, or use an existing post. With each advertising campaign we start, we begin the process with a consultation to determine the desired outcome, and the audience required. We will monitor analytics weekly to ensure the content being released is performing as expected, and reaching your desired demographic. During each monthly follow up review, we will produce an analytics report and discuss this through with you, so you are always up to date with the progress and status of your social media.
